Linda Jensen has an unusual design aesthetic she calls Custom Knitting where she takes multiple yarns, twists them together and knits original creations for clients who demand distinctive, classic, wearable, and hand-washable fashions. Her designs are always one-of-a-kind due to the unique nature of her yarn combinations. Linda received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Home Economics from San Diego State University and then a Master of Science Degree from Florida State University, but her first love is textiles, yarn, and creativity! Combining both about fifteen years ago, she started her own arts and crafts business, Linda's Crafts, where she sells her creations; she also sells at select craft shows in Southern California.

She develops her craft by designing her own patterns, often winning Blue Ribbons for “First Place” and once winning "Best of Show" at the highly competitive Los Angeles County Fair. Linda attended the Otis School of Art and Design and various other classes and design seminars to improve her techniques, and she puts this knowledge to work by teaching and demonstrating to a network of contacts she has developed throughout her career; she also offers private lessons for the serious learner.
